Please note that some of the CRISTINA BACIO products are custom made, according to the specifications configured by you - color, platform, frame, others, as a result you are fully responsible for the "image" of the final product.

Please choose your color or color combination after carefully studying the images and descriptive information.

The color / combination of colors can have an influence on the "image" of the chosen model. The colors presented on the site are available within the existing stock.

Small imperfections or slight color variations are qualities of a product made by hand, customized, made of natural leather.

We make every effort to display the actual and correct images and information above correctly, however, depending on the calibration and resolution of your device, this information may differ from the original.

The customization of the products on CRISTINA BACIO (www.cristinabacio.com ) is done by completing the product specifications, as follows:

Some products can be adjusted to your personal characteristics in the “BACIO BY YOU” box displayed on the products that can be customized.

Please keep in mind that these products are made to your measurements and therefore cannot be exchanged / returned according to the legislation in force.

The photos are for presentation, so there may be small differences in color.

Ordering CRISTINA BACIO products

Making an order on CRISTINA BACIO (www.cristinabacio.com ) is equivalent to an offer to buy the products in the Terms and Conditions on the site and gives us the right to use your personal information.

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order.

Order confirmation

Confirmation of your order will be done by an explicit confirmation email, as follows:

a) cash payment (courier cash payment on delivery) - the order is confirmed after verifying the personal data and order details;

b) payment by card (online) - the order is confirmed after the verification of personal data, order details and confirmation of payment by the EuPlatesc partner;

c) payment by bank (bank transfer) - the order is confirmed after the verification of personal data, order details and confirmation of payment by the bank.

We reserve the right to refuse your order in the following cases: payment cannot be confirmed, there are delivery restrictions in that area, the product or raw material from which it is made is not in stock, is withdrawn or does not meet our quality standards , your personal information is not accepted.

We also reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason, for our own reasons.

All orders are stored in our database.

However, please keep in touch with us and confirm the order.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the Customer Relations team who will do their best to fulfill your request, but, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order once it has been confirmed.

If you wish to cancel the order after it has been confirmed, given that the manufacturing of the products has begun or the products were in stock, we reserve the right to withhold the amounts paid by you in advance, representing expenses incurred in manufacturing the product.

If you want to cancel the order after it has been shipped, please check the Delivery and Return section.

NOTE: Cancellation of orders repeatedly by the same customer is considered abuse.

Prices and taxes

All prices are displayed explicitly on cristinabacio.com and are expressed in RON / EUR / USD, depending on the destination.

• National delivery (Romania) - prices include 19% VAT.

• International delivery within the European Union - prices include VAT and other taxes (regime DDP - delivery duty paid).

• International delivery outside the European Union - prices do not include VAT, customs duties and other specific taxes (DDU regime - unpaid delivery duty).

You may have to pay customs fees or taxes. These will be collected by our carrier upon delivery of your order and are at your expense.

Prices do not include delivery fees.

The change of destination influences the price of the products and the related delivery fees.

The prices displayed on the site are the prices that apply at the time of purchase. The displayed prices can be changed without prior notice, but these changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

The fiscal invoice related to your order is issued for individual entity, but, upon request, it can also be issued for legal entity *. The fiscal invoice is issued in RON for national orders and in EUR/USD for international orders.

* If you want the invoice for the legal entity, please mention all the details by email when placing the order.

Payment methods

CRISTINA BACIO (www.cristinabacio.com ) accepts 3 methods of order payment: cash (cash on delivery - only for Romania), card payment (online) or bank transfer.

- Cash payment is available only in case of deliveries in Romania and is made at the representative of the courier company, upon receipt of the package.

- Online with bank card via EuPlatesc (Visa / Maestro / Mastercard)

In the case of the payment option "Online by bank card" you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment processor, where you will fill in a form with the information about your card.

Payments with credit / debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by Visa / MasterCard card organisations and which ensures the same online transactions at a security level as those made at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant.

 "3-D Secure" primarily ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the servers of the virtual store.

Important to know - For bank card payments no fee is charged from the cardholder.

- Payment by bank transfer (internet banking) in the company's accounts - payment details are given to you by email, where you will receive the pro-forma invoice and all the details related to the bank account, the account holder, the bank and the reason for the transfer. All bank fees related to these transactions are borne by you. Proof of payment will be sent by e-mail to contact@cristinabacio.com.

Promotional products & promotional offers

CRISTINA BACIO promotions (www.cristinabacio.com ) represent special conditions for purchasing products - promotional codes and / or discounts on products, product categories, on the entire order, etc.

CRISTINA BACIO promotions (www.cristinabacio.com ) have specific terms and conditions that are explicitly announced on the site and / or are included in the general terms and conditions presented.

Terms and conditions specific to the offers

- promotions are valid for a limited period of time;

- promotions are valid only for products ordered online;

- promotions are valid only for products / product categories explicitly mentioned;

- promotions do not cumulate with other promotions (eg loyalty discount, etc.);

- the products purchased within the promotions must be paid in full, in advance, within maximum 3 days from the order date;

- transport fees for the products ordered during the promotions are not included in price and is fully supported by the customer;

- the products ordered during the promotions cannot be changed or replaced with other products.

Sales

Sales section includes products in stock. CRISTINA BACIO products (www.cristinabacio.com ) in stock cannot be configured and therefore can be purchased, within the available stock, only on the sizes and details displayed on the site.

Delivery of CRISTINA BACIO products

National and international delivery

CRISTINA BACIO (www.cristinabacio.com ) delivers nationally and internationally through partner express courier companies.

* We do not deliver by Romanian Post.

Delivery time

All CRISTINA BACIO orders (www.cristinabacio.com ) are processed and shipped during the schedule (Monday - Friday 9: 00-18: 00 EET).

CRISTINA BACIO (www.cristinabacio.com ) offers for sale products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer and / or clearly customized products that are manufactured individually for each customer and therefore are not in stock.

The production process lasts between 5-15 working days, to which is added the transit time to the destination.

Depending on the delivery method chosen, the estimated delivery date of the product is mentioned in your order on CRISTINA BACIO (www.cristinabacio.com ) and does not include the transit time to the destination.

Transit time to destination for national deliveries, expressed in working days: 1-2 days.

Transit to destination for EU deliveries, expressed in working days 1-3 days.

The transit time to the destination for deliveries outside the EU 5-7 days.

Order tracking

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number and details needed to track the status of the order.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 20:00 at the address mentioned in the order.

Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

* Given that we use an outsourced service, we cannot request delivery to the courier at a certain time or on a certain date.

** Given that we use an outsourced service, we are not responsible for delays caused by the partner courier company.

*** The delivery address can no longer be changed after the order has been shipped.

**** The courier company has the obligation to perform 2 delivery attempts.

If, after the 2 delivery attempts, the order cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to the sender, and your order will be canceled. You can ask the courier company for a third delivery attempt for a fee, but this cost will be fully borne by you.

In any case, in this situation, we reserve the right to withhold all amounts paid by you in advance, representing expenses incurred in manufacturing the product and transportation costs.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
